We are pleased to announce that landscaping has started on the park in the heart of Albright!
The park features a basketball half-court, flying fox, slides, kick-about spaces, BBQ facilities and a unique custom shelter. Bulk earthworks are underway. Drainage construction will begin this month and the pouring of foundations for play equipment.
The park is forecast for completion by Christmas 2018.

Electrical and telecommunication services are being laid, ahead of concreting during October.
Stage 4 titles are anticipated in January 2019.
Stage 5 saw conduits laid in the stage and the road crushed rock base constructed.
During October the road base will be continue, along with kerb and channel.
Titles are forecast for February 2019.
Stage 7 has seen bulk earthworks begun in September, ahead of construction of drainage to start in October.
Titles are still forecast for the second quarter of 2018.
We have been advised by AusNet Services, the gas authority servicing Albright, Truganina, that gas is not yet available for supply for lots in Albright Stages 1 and 2. While the gas mains were laid by Villawood during the construction of Stages 1 and 2, in the period of December 2017- January 2018, the gas mains have not yet been connected to the Melbourne Metropolitan gas network and as a result, gas supply to homes in these stages will be delayed.
Wyndham City Council intend for their Community Activity Centre within Albright to include a maternity health unit and kindergarten. The purpose of this centre is to assist young families and children in the Truganina area and planning is currently underway. The maternity health unit and kindergarten is expected to open in 2021.
The area of the Albright Park is not impacted, which remains the same area and dimensions (516sqm) as it was originally planned. The same amount of Open Space will be available to residents.
