A new chapter starts for our Stage 3 Purchasers at St Andrews!

Our St Andrews Stage 3 purchasers gathered last weekend to walk their blocks and celebrate their land settlements, while sharing champagne toasts with their future neighbours.

The atmosphere was charged with excitement as purchasers witnessed the marking of their lots on site and participated in guided tours by our development team, who provided valuable insights into site progress.

Beyond marking the start of their building journey, this event played a great role in bringing future neighbours together while fostering a sense of community that awaits them.

Adding a touch of sweetness, coffee and cannoli from the Cannoli Box Co were served, making it a memorable occasion.
