First settlements at St Andrews: Stage 1

Our St Andrews team are delighted to announce our very first purchasers in stage one have all officially settled on their land. Congratulations! This now means they officially own their land and can begin building their dream home at St Andrews in early 2023.

In designing St Andrews, our aim was to deliver a community with the things you’ll need, together with the places you’ll love.

Everything has been carefully considered by our planner and designers, from infrastructure streetscapes and the two beautiful parks, through to the history of the site, sustainability, and even sculptural pieces for the parks.

We can’t wait for homes to begin being built, forming what will be a safe, welcoming community.

In other exciting news, the site development continues to progress, with landscaping works for the Andrews Road Linear Reserve being undertaken over the next 6 months with completion in line with Stage 1 landscaping, ready for our purchasers to enjoy when they move into their new home.

The reserve upgrade includes a 3m wide shared pedestrian/cycle path that runs for the full length of the project along Andrews Rd, including lighting, street furniture, additional trees, and a beautiful St Andrews entry statement.
