Stage 24 –Inspections and auditing of the Stage 24 were successfully completed last week. The required documents have been lodged at the titles office. Titles are expected in the week commencing 8 October.

Stage 22 – Construction works have now been completed after some September delays in scheduling the final asphalting of roads. Inspections and audits will be completed in October. Titles are now expected early November.
Stage 34 – Topsoiling will be completed this week. The remaining and final tasks for October are placement of crushed rock on Unity Drive and Canopy Way, followed by asphalting and hydroseeding of the lots. Subject to successful inspection results in late October and early November, Titles are now expected in late November 2018.
Stage 39 –Kerb and channel construction is well underway. When completed, electrical installation and footpath construction will follow in October. Due to the Christmas / New Year construction industry shutdown, final auditing will now be completed in January 2019. Titles are expected in February 2019.
Stage 26 – Kerb and channel is now underway. The contractor’s program continues to target a late 2018 completion. Titles are expected in January 2019.
Stage 25 – Sewer installation has been completed. In October water main installation and drainage will be completed, roadwork preparation will continue and kerb and channel will commence. Titles remain forecast for late March 2019.
Stage 41 – All services except electrical are now installed and being tested. Kerb and channel construction will be completed in October, followed by electrical installation in November. Completion is targeted for February 2019. Titles are expected in April 2019.
Stage 42 – Construction plans have been approved by Council. Commencement is being organised for October 2018, with titles being targeted for late 2019, pending receipt of contractor’s program.
Stage 44 – Design plans have been submitted to Council. Commencement is being organised for late 2018, with titles being targeted for late 2019, pending receipt of contractor’s program.
Stage 2 Park
The park has been completed and is now open for community use.
Stage 4 – Kerb and channel has now been completed. Footpaths and crossovers will be completed in October. In November topsoil placement and asphalting will start and finish. Stage 5 – Drainage, sewer, water and gas will be completed in October. Kerb and channel works will then commence. The contractor’s program is still targeting completion in February 2019. Titles are expected in March-April 2019.
Stage 7 – Council has approved the construction drawings. Construction is being organised for October 2018 commencement, with titles being available in July or August 2019.
