Once the Planning Permit has been issued by Council, stage specific plans, including roads and drainage, sewer and water, gas, electrical, telecommunication and landscaping plans, are lodged for approval with the relevant authorities.
June – Stage 35B is now titled! All works are complete and the plan has been registered at the Titles Office. Settlement on your lot will commence 14 days from registration, which your conveyancer will confirm with you once notification is provided.
