Once the Planning Permit has been issued by Council, stage specific plans, including roads and drainage, sewer and water, gas, electrical, telecommunication and landscaping plans, are lodged for approval with the relevant authorities.
April – Stage 35B has reached Practical Completion. All civil works are complete and have been checked and approved by the relevant authorities. The project team will now work towards receiving Statement of Compliance, at which point the lots can be issued to the titles office. If you have purchased a lot in this stage, now is a good time to proceed with finance application for your purchase. Titles are anticipated to be registered in May 2026.
