New Villawood village at Armstrong Mount Duneed

THE Geelong region’s largest display village is being launched at Armstrong Mount Duneed this weekend by developer Villawood Properties.

“It makes everything so much easier, having so many builders in the one location,” he says.

“We’ve had enormous inquiry levels 230 groups over last weekend, that’s just gigantic compared to normal rates of say 40 over a weekend.

“A number of Melburnians have been looking to relocate out of the rat race, knowing the strength of the property market in Geelong, the local amenity, amazing capital growth and significantly more affordable than Melbourne.

“That amenity already exists the hospitals, schools and so on it’s not in the future or proposed, it’s there now.” The third display village, located on Whites Road and Sovereign Drive, a short distance south of Club Armstrong, supersedes an earlier 35-home village on Unity Drive and a unique Australian-first Green Street village before that.
