Armstrong March Community & Construction Update
Yes, it’s that time of year again! Easter will be here in no time, so why not settle down with a sneaky hot cross bun and a cuppa and read on.
It was so wonderful to see the entire ARMSTRONG community on Sunday come together for the NOVA Park Launch!
Hundreds of kids and parents, along with Darth Vader, a Star Wars stormtrooper and an astronaut were on board to launch the playground with a family fun fair.
Food, drinks, slushies, live music, a silent disco, face painting and a live reptiles show all made for great fun in between sampling the park’s Saturn V-sized rocket slide and other play equipment.
Now it wouldn’t be Easter without our Good Friday Appeal Charity Home Auction in support of the Royal Children’s Hospital.
This year, the auction will be on Marth 29th at our Villawood Alamora community in Tarneit. The hero of the day is a spectacular two-storey house, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 living spaces and a list of stunning inclusions, the 7-star Lily 352-D38 design, kindly built and donated by Henley Homes.
The home has been built in an extraordinary community effort with more than 150 tradies, suppliers and volunteers all donating their time, skills and materials.
Last year’s auction achieved a record-breaking price and was a lot of fun to attend, so why not pop down and make a day of it? Enjoy free food, coffee, ice-cream, face painting, kids rides and roaming performers. It’s a fun-filled day for the whole family!
Have a wonderful Easter and enjoy the break as we ease into the cooler months.
Sincerely,
The ARMSTRONG Team.

National UDIA Award for Care Worker Help
Villawood Properties is delighted to have its Care Worker Support Program win the prestigious 2024 UDIA National Awards Excellence in Marketing prize.
This program has helped more than 300 essential care workers build a home near where they work, with up to $20K savings on lot prices.
Villawood started the program in Geelong when it became apparent vital care workers were increasingly unable to afford to live where they worked.
Targeting nurses, police, firefighters, aged and personal carers, teachers, paramedics and others, the program offers savings up to $20K off blocks of land. Villawood sets aside land for this purpose.
