It might be mid-winter, and there might be lockdown after lockdown, but make no mistake, Villawood Properties’ Armstrong Mount Duneed is pumping.

As the premier community of the Geelong growth corridor, it’s also linchpin of an extraordinary all-time high the region’s property market is experiencing right now.

At Armstrong, we’ve had four stages title in the last four months – Stages 27, 46B, 47A and 65A – helping ensure that momentum continues. We now have five stages under construction – See below for updates.

Stage 65B – All construction works are complete. Final auditing and inspections are underway, with Titles forecast for September 2021.

Stage 47B – Water and gas reticulation complete, with electrical reticulation and road base layer construction due to commence shortly. Titles anticipated Q1 2022.

Stage 46C, 46D & 66 – Bulk earthworks, sewer and drainage reticulation complete. Water and gas reticulation works underway. Titles anticipated Q1 2022.

Demand is coming largely from second and third-time home buyers, or upsizers and downsizers readjusting their living and lifestyle. Lots of that going on with Covid seeing so many people re-assess how they work, where they live, what they really want in life and where they want to raise a family. It’s telling that the Villawood community lifestyle resonates so prominently in this market demand.
