Our development team had the privilege of welcoming two enthusiastic groups of high school students from Kapunda High School to William Lakes as part of our ongoing partnership.

Kapunda High is investing in a hands-on construction and careers program, which offers students an invaluable look at the diverse range of careers and skills required in our industry.

During their visit, students experienced a behind-the-scenes tour of each construction stage at William Lakes—from initial groundwork to beautifully completed homes. Along the way, they gained firsthand insights into the many roles, responsibilities, and skill sets needed to bring a vision to life.

At William Lakes, we’re passionate about fostering a connection between young talent and the construction industry, inspiring the next generation of builders and innovators. By sharing our knowledge and expertise, we’re proud to play a part in shaping future leaders and sparking their passion for this essential industry.
