Display Village

Its full steam ahead with the display village with many builders progressing on site. You will see a hype of activity with framing being completed, rooves being installed and externals being constructed. With some builders already at internal fit outs. Hickinbotham already have their display home open, so go check them out.

Within the display village, our landscape contractor is progressing through with the verges. Main line irrigation has been completed and will soon see the rest of irrigation and street trees commence in the coming months as access becomes more available.

Stage 2 Phelps Reserve

Phelps reserve has made some exciting progress on site with the space already completely transformed over the past couple of months!! The site has been cleared and earthworks progressing which has completely transformed what was once a bare site to a space with movement. Underground services and irrigation mains are completed, stone and boulders are on site for our the fort and natural play spaces, footpaths have been set out, formed and even laid!

The attention to detail and care provided by AIL has been next level, with every element of this play space thoughtfully discussed and coordinated to ensure we deliver the vision for Phelps reserve. The next few months will see the reserve take another leap in transformation as we start to see structural works commence on many other play elements so watch this space!
