It is exciting to see all our Display Village Builders well underway with their display homes in Stage 2! With all slabs poured for all 24 display homes, many frames going up and even rooves going on – we are eager to see this area come to life.
The grand opening of the Display Village is still anticipated to launch in March 2027, along with Phelps Reserve with a community event for all to enjoy.

Grand Opening Event – March 2027
Exciting progress is on the horizon at William Lakes.
The Development Team is pleased to announce that AIL Landscapes in conjunction with GD Studia have been appointed to deliver this key community space, located within Stage 2.
Designed as a central destination within the estate, Phelps Reserve will bring together open green space, a nature-based playground and areas for families and neighbours to come together. The park will feature a range of engaging play elements, including climbing structures, swings and slides, along with sand and water play, all thoughtfully incorporating natural materials and landscaping to create a space that feels integrated with the surrounding environment.
Beyond the playground, the reserve will include open lawn areas, informal walking paths and places to sit and relax — creating a space that can be enjoyed by the whole community.
Works are scheduled to commence shortly, with the reserve anticipated to be completed in time for the opening of the new Display Village in March 2027.
