Once you’re a Villawood resident, if you successfully refer a friend or family member we’ll give you $1000 as a thankyou for helping us grow our community.

Referral Clauses & Rules

From 24 February 2023, the 'referrer' - person who provides their friends contact details to Villawood – must be a purchaser at a Villawood Properties residential estate (or have entered in to a contract to purchase). Referrers will receive $1000 for each referral if the referred party purchases at a Villawood Properties residential estate. The referrals must be registered with Villawood Properties prior to the referred customers' purchase in order for a payment to be made. Registration forms are to be submitted online only, and are available through the Villawood website or estate websites. Hard copy forms will no longer be accepted. Land must be purchased directly from Villawood Properties to be eligible for the offer. The referred customer must not be an existing Villawood customer and must not be on the Villawood database prior to referral. The referred person/couple may only be referred once. The referred person/couple must purchase within six (6) months of being referred to Villawood for the gift to remain valid. The offer is available subject to settlement of both the referrer and the referred party's properties, and the $1000 will only be issued once settlement of both lots has occurred. Settlement must take place as per contractual agreements – within 14 days of titles being issued. It is the responsibility of the referrer to contact Villawood Properties via phone or email (03 9695 3000 or reception@villawoodproperties.com) once both lots have settled. Villawood Properties reserves the right to review the referral process and discontinue the offer at any time. This offer is not in conjunction with any other offers.
