Congratulations to our successful FY25 community grant applicants!

At Villawood, building new communities goes beyond creating homes — it’s about supporting the local groups and causes that make our neighbourhoods truly thrive.

Our community grants program is one way we give back and stay connected with the people who bring our developments to life.

We were thrilled to present our FY25 Community Grant sponsorships to this year’s successful recipients at our recent event:

  • Willaston Football Club
  • South Gawler Netball Club
  • Gawler Stobie Pole Mosaics – hosted by Gawler Community House Inc

A big thank you to everyone who applied, and congratulations to all our incredible community partners making a difference every day. FY26 grants will open mid 2026, stay in touch for updates.

Zonta Club of Gawler and The Gawler Domestic Violence Network

Villawood Properties at William Lakes supported the completion of the ‘Remembering Courageous Women’ Mosaic Mural Project through the Community Grant program as it was a great initiative to be part of within the community. The beautiful mural is a tribute to women who have fallen victim to domestic abuse and has been installed within the Town of Gawler’s “pocket park”. This will be an ongoing stark reminder of the scourge of violence affecting families. You can view the first half of this beautiful Mosaic Mural at Gawler Pocket Park – Julian Terrace, Gawler.

Gawler Eagles Football Club

Villawood Properties at William Lakes supported the Gawler Eagles Football Club with new sporting gear for all 23 juniors teams including two new girl teams. The club is very grateful for Villawood’s support and is keenly watching Villawood’s two developments north and south of Gawler.
