NEW LAND RELEASE | BUILDER DIRECT NOW SELLING 

Trillium’s new land is only available through Builder Direct.

Villawood’s Builder Direct program gives selected builders exclusive access to nominated lots within Trillium.

These specially chosen lots are available only to the selected builders.

Using a specially built online portal, participating builders guide their purchasers through the process to purchase a block of land at Trillium, with the entire process completed online.

How to Purchase with Builder Direct

Lots in Trillium’s new release are only available through Villawood’s Builder Direct program.

Purchasing is simple and easy. Meet with your preferred builder, choose your home and then complete your land purchase through a series of simple online steps.

Contact your preferred builder for packages available with Trillium’s Builder Direct and be ready for when land goes on sale at 11am Saturday 25 September.

Builder Direct FAQ

Are lots exclusively allocated to selected builders?

Yes. These lots are held exclusively for participating builders.  Non-participating builders and the general public are unable to purchase these lots.

Is a deposit payable?

Yes.  A $5,000 deposit is payable via credit card.

What is the process to secure a lot?

The purchaser will need to sign a land contract (e-contract) and pay the balance of the deposit.  Trillium’s Land Sales team will coordinate this directly with the purchaser.

Is there a chance the same lot can be sold by two different builders?

No. As soon as the $5,000 deposit is paid, this lot comes off the market until contract signing or cancellation.

How long is the lot held?

72 hours during which time a land contract needs to be signed.

Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is fully refundable up until contract signing. If the purchaser does not proceed within 72 hours, a cancellation notice will be sent.  The balance of the 10% deposit is payable on contract signing.
