St Andrews by Villawood Properties has been committed to supporting local groups and residents throughout the entirety of the project by offering donations of $500 to $5,000 in grants to successful applicants to help out with their activities within the community.
As the project draws to a close, we thank everyone who has applied and engaged with our community coming to life. We will no longer be accepting applications.
Our neighbours, Andrews Farm Soccer Club & Cricket Club, were the very first to receive community grant funds when we first launched St Andrews. We have collaborated with the club in many ways and have committed to grants every year since to assist with the supply of new player shirts and equipment.
St Andrews was proud to sponsor local Athletics Group in 2025 whereby our sponsorship helped to fund sporting equipment and uniforms for the groups.
The Community Grants initiative was launched in 2015. Since then, a diverse range of charities, sporting clubs and community groups have benefited all across Australia.

Our development staff were delighted at the weekend to host our new purchasers to an on-the-ground tour of St Andrews as it starts to take shape. Stage 1 civil construction is under way, roads and lots taking shape, with works on schedule and plenty more to come in the near future. Big smiles, too, from Andrews Farm Soccer and Community Club who were thrilled to receive $5000 in kind from Villawood Properties.
