Registrations for the Ballot will close on 27 July, 2020. When applying for your lots, there is no limit to the number of lots you are able to select.
Following receipt of your application forms, a final contract of sale will be issued. You should finalise contract review with your solicitors prior to the ballot.
Ballot will be undertaken on August 1, 2020. This will be conducted by Raine & Horne, Sunbury and will be telecast live on Zoom for any interested parties.
The ballot will commence at 9.00 am.
Each Lot will be drawn in 10 minute increments.

If you are successful, you will have 1 hour to sign the contract of sale and pay the full 10% deposit (Unless an agreement has been approved by Villawood prior to August 1, 2020).
Receipt of the 10% deposit must be sent to Raine & Horne for confirmation and filing. If the COS is not completed and 10% deposit not received within the 1 hour allotted, your lot will go back into ballot.
If lots are not sold through the ballot system on August 1, 2020 they will remain available to be purchased at any time.
