Sherwood Grange – Through Sam & Cara’s Eyes

As a family of four we felt we needed a bigger home and so we started to look around at various estates. Cara had previously lived in Sunbury and loves its country feel and the fact it has everything for a great family lifestyle. We both work in the city, so the train commute was an important drawcard for us. We checked out a few estates but were sold on Sherwood Grange once we saw the large blocks on offer.

Sherwood Grange – Through Tylah’s Eyes

As soon as I saw Sherwood Grange with my own eyes, I knew it ticked all the boxes for me. When I took in the views at Sherwood Grange, I could just see myself waking up to them every morning, taking in the hills, the creek and experiencing the country feel that I love. I could imagine my dream two-storey home with its elevated view of Jacksons Creek and the Emu Bottom hills.

“I like that we’ll get mountain views and that Sherwood Grange is family estate. We’ve got a good spot and we’re close to the nature reserve.

“Size does matter. This will allow us a big double-storey home and a large shed for all the toys and heaps of space to have a few froths with our mates.”
Luke Burnett
“We looked at a couple of suburbs, but we liked the country. In the suburbs, a lot of estates blocks are just 350sqm and geared more toward the first home buyer. We’re second and third home buyers, and we wanted a bigger home in bigger surrounds. Sherwood Grange is just five minutes from town and it’s in the country.”
