We are delighted to announce that Stage 1 at Seacliff Village is now officially open, marking an exciting milestone for both our residents and the wider community.

For the first time, visitors can experience the newly completed reserve and vibrant community mural space – thoughtfully designed to bring people together and celebrate the unique coastal character of Seacliff.

The opening of Stage 1 represents more than just the completion of a new public space. It delivers a place for residents to connect, relax, and enjoy the outdoors, while creating opportunities for the broader community to experience the vision taking shape at Seacliff Village.

At the heart of the reserve is a striking mural by local Seacliff artist Nicole Black. Inspired by years spent by the ocean, Nicole’s artwork reflects the movement, colour and tranquillity of the coastline through softened tones and flowing forms that capture the layering and transparency of water.

The reserve and mural together create a welcoming destination that celebrates place, community and connection. By integrating public art with open green space, Seacliff Village continues to foster a strong sense of identity and belonging, creating meaningful places for people to gather and enjoy.

We are thrilled to open this space for everyone to experience and look forward to seeing residents and visitors make it their own as the community continues to grow.
