Seacliff Village a Unique Adelaide Coastal Showstopper

Stunning new plans unveiled by Villawood Properties and the Gasparin and Brazzale Groups will see an exclusive precinct of architect-designed terrace homes with spectacular sea views built on a former cement works site at Seacliff.

The luxurious Seacliff Village will host some 700 apartments and homes with sprawling views across St Vincent Gulf from Brighton to Semaphore, in an area where properties are tightly held for generations. The village is the latest in a raft of key Adelaide projects by Villawood alongside our 1500-lot Oakden Rise with Renewal SA, 1700-lot William Lakes at Gawler and 700-lot St Andrews at Andrews Farm in the city’s north. We are also delivering the giant $300 million Morphettville Racecourse redevelopment with the South Australian Jockey Club.

Villawood has sold 450 lots across the projects since late 2021 and has fielded more than 20,000 enquiries including 2000 at Seacliff Village already.
