To celebrate Villawood’s 35-year anniversary, we’re gifting $15,000* in savings on titled land to our valued carers.

In recognition of the hardworking care workers in our community and to mark Villawood’s milestone 35-year anniversary, we’re extending our offer of a $15,000* saving on titled land and house & land packages at participating Villawood communities.

Nurses, teachers, emergency service staff, personal carers, childcare educators, and other essential workers—this is our gift to you!

We understand the incredible commitment and dedication it takes to work in the care industry. That’s why we want to make homeownership more accessible for those who have given so much to their communities.

Villawood Properties designs communities for living and we strongly believe there’s much more to creating a vibrant community than rows of houses.

The sense of community is determined by the individuals who live within it and ultimately, how they care for each other.

The Care Worker Support Program Initiative was piloted in Geelong, early in 2018 when it became apparent that people who provide an invaluable service to the community were increasingly unable to afford to live in the communities they served. Following the success of the Care Worker Support Program, Villawood has extended the initiative to many of our Communities across Australia.
