Villawood Properties has been given the green light to develop a new precinct within its $400m masterplanned residential community, Eucalee at Gleneagle. Scenic Rim Regional Council has given Villawood Properties the tick of approval to begin construction of Precinct A, which includes stages four through to 12 of the community, comprising up to 270 home sites. The Development Approval also enables Villawood Properties to deliver an upscaled 11,500sqm recreational park. Villawood has developed a track record of delivering state-of-the-art parks that become centralised hubs for their communities.

The community-minded layout will comprise new parklands, playgrounds, waterway reserves, and walking trails. The new precinct will also accommodate a future display village to showcase Villawood’s builder partners. Villawood Properties Queensland general manager Michael Williams said the timely approval enabled the company to realise its vision to deliver a unique community with a diverse choice of housing and ample open spaces.

“The approval has come at a great time following the sellout of stages one and two, as it allows us to push forward with the next stages of the community and continue to meet buyer demand,” he said. Mr Williams said the new and approved stages would provide for further diversity with home sites from 450sq m to 1000sq m. “Eucalee offers a range of home sites and builder packages of varying shapes and sizes, providing an option for every lifestyle,” he said. A good selection of home sites remain in stage three selling from $299,900.

Located to the immediate west of stages one to three, Precinct A will be accessed via a new signalised intersection at the Mount Lindesay Highway. Being developed on an 83ha site, Eucalee will ultimately comprise more than 700 home sites up to 1100sq m. Eucalee’s on-site land sales office, at 6605 Mount Lindesay Highway, Gleneagle, is open daily between 10am and 5pm.
