CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

April 2024

STAGE 1 AND 2

Stage 1 has registered at the Titles Office with settlements due from 14th May, 2024. Stage 2 plan sealing has been achieved and will now be lodged at the Titles Office. We will provide a further update when title registration occurs and confirm timing for Stage 2 settlements.

Over March, the civil contractors made significant progress in completing the external sewer, bio-retention basins, and landscaping for Stages 1 and 2. The remaining works are tidy-up and landscaping along the external sewer line.

Access for both valuations and soil testing is available.  Please be mindful that access to your land is still restricted as it is still classified as a construction zone.  If you require access for valuation purposes, please contact the sales office team to make an appointment.

STAGE 3

We are pleased to advise that Stage 3 civil construction works are progressing well. Base road works are now complete, with streetlights and footpaths underway. Asphalt is scheduled for late April, with street landscaping to follow. We will endeavour to send out more regular updates as we approach Stage 3 plan sealing and registration.

Soil Testing

Our contractors have advised that some lots in Stage 3 are now available for soil testing, and all lots will be available by the end of April. Please have your builder contact the Sales Office to book your appointment time for soil testing – eucalee@oliverhume.com.au

Valuation Inspections

We anticipate that Stage 3 lots will be available for valuation inspections from mid-May. Valuation inspections will need to be booked via our Land Sales Office.

Title Registration & Settlements

Title registration is anticipated in July 2024, and a further update on valuation inspections and titles will be communicated to all purchasers in mid-May 2024.
