Stage 17 Update (17/06/2026):

The Estuary Team are delighted to advise that Statement of Compliance has now been achieved for Stage 17.

This means that all construction works are complete, all relevant authorities have undertaken their audits and inspections, and the City of Greater Geelong has formally issued Statement of Compliance for the stage.

Achieving Statement of Compliance allows us to lodge all required documentation for title registration. While title registration timeframes can vary, we are currently anticipating titles to register within the next 1–2 weeks. We will notify you as soon as titles are issued.
