Stage 17 Update:

Stage 17 is now tracking to receive titles towards late April 2026. The delay has been due to a combination of council approvals and playground manufacturing timelines. Council approval of the final playground design took longer than anticipated, which delayed the ordering of the playground equipment. This initially pushed titles out to March.

We have since received an updated timeline from the playground manufacturer. As the equipment is built and transported from Tasmania, they have advised there will be a further four week delay before shipping. As the park and playground must be fully completed prior to titles being issued, this has unfortunately resulted in the revised timeline.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience. Please be assured we are doing everything possible to expedite the process while ensuring the park and playground are delivered to the high Villawood standard you can look forward to enjoying for years to come.
