Stage 17 Update (27/03/2026):

We’re pleased to confirm that Stage 17 construction is now complete, with landscaping works well underway across the playground and open space areas.

We have experienced some delays from our supplier regarding key playground equipment, which is required to be installed prior to titles. These items are currently expected to be delivered and installed by mid April.

Subject to completion of these works, Stage 17 titles are now anticipated in May.

We appreciate your patience and can assure you our team is working closely with our suppliers to complete these works as quickly as possible so titles can be issued at the earliest opportunity.
