Stage 16:
Construction works are now complete and practical completion has been issued by council. We are working through statement of compliance items with relevant authority and council. The land will be available for valuation and soil tests in the next couple of weeks. Titles are currently anticipated for late August 2024.
Stage 18:

Stage 19:
Construction continues to progress with sewer and drainage works now completed. Road construction and kerb are currently being completed with the stage due to be completed in August. Titles are currently anticipated for November 2024.
Stage 20:
Construction is due to commence in August, with titles anticipated for Q1 2025.
