Stage 16
Titled have now been issued for Stage 16!

Stage 18
Titled have now been issued for Stage 18!

Stage 19
Titles have been issued for the majority of Stage 19! Lots 1915-1918 & 1924-1927 are expected to title in the coming week. 

Stage 20
Construction work is progressing, with water, drainage, and water reticulation services currently being installed. Due to delays in construction across Stage 19, titles for Stage 20 are now anticipated to be issued in June 2025. Our team is working hard to expedite the construction process, and we will continue to provide regular updates as work progresses.
