Geelong’s property boom is alive and kicking in Lara West’s new growth area with land sales nothing short of thriving. Nowhere is this more obvious than Villawood Properties’ premium 1100-lot Coridale project where, with 250 sales under our belt, we have announced its first three stages will title in June.
