The Family That Loves Aspire

Maria Rados and her family are arguably the biggest fans of Aspire you’ll find. You could say it runs in the family, too, because Maria recently celebrated Aspire’s 400th purchase – and the third time they’ve chosen to call it home.

“One of my sons Peter and his wife Lucinda purchased in Aspire nine years ago and he recently bought and built here again during Stage 24,” Maria says. “They have always loved this area and they were happy to move into their new place recently. When the time came and I decided to downsize, there was never any doubt it would be at Aspire because I love it as much as they do. I purchased my block in Stage 31, only a couple of streets away from Peter and his family.

“I was selling my home of 40 years in Keilor Downs and I already knew that Aspire was a good fit for my needs. I’m looking at building a three-bedroom home with a low-maintenance front and back yard. We’re a typical Croatian family in that we love to catch up often for big meals and lots of laughs. We don’t really need an excuse.”

Maria isn’t short on plans for her new life at Aspire. There are plenty of walking tracks and parks nearby where she plans to relax and catch up with her family. She especially loves taking her grandchildren to the parks there because there are so many fun things for them to do.

“They’re great spaces for families to relax and have fun. I’m really happy with my decision because I’ll be close to my family and we’ll be able to spend heaps of quality time together. I’m looking forward to having new experiences and a new area to explore. And I’m also keen to check out all the upcoming developments in Fraser Rise, like the new shopping centre and aquatic centre.”

Maria happily recommends Aspire to other family members and friends, and also Villawood Properties as she believes it’s the best developer in the area. “They really give people areas where they can come together and there are so many lovely walking and riding tracks to keep you fit,” she says.

As the saying goes, the family that plays together, stays together.
