The 2021 Good Friday Appeal Charity Home No-Reserve Auction fetched a fantastic – and record – $903K for the Royal Children’s Hospital at Villawood Properties’ Rathdowne community in Wollert. Successful bidders for the stunning two-storey, four-bedroom Henley Vogue 34 home were Drage and Zaklina Lazarovski, who were urged over the finishing line by daughter Natasha in a feverish bidding war before a crowd of almost 1,000 people. This year’s Charity Home Auction marks Villawood’s 12th year donating land, over which time the auction has raised more than $8.3 million.

This year’s house is a knockout Vogue 34 by Henley at Villawood’s Rathdowne community at Wollert, close to a massive playground and the exclusive Club Rathdowne. Double leukaemia survivor Ava Pattie and artist Justine Millsom hit the brushes and palette last week to lend a hand to the 2021 Charity House Auction for the Royal Children’s Hospital’s Good Friday Appeal.
