Third Time’s a Charm for Aspire’s 500th Purchaser
Lisa and Ricardo Palacios love Aspire so much they’re not only the 500th purchasers but third-time purchasers in the Fraser Rise community.
The couple and their youngest daughter, Chantelle, were surprised and delighted when they popped into the Land Sales office at Aspire after a mysterious invitation from their sales agent Nick Anagnostou.
“We came into the office and Nick was tapping away on his computer looking very busy,” says Lisa. “He suddenly disappeared somewhere, came back and summoned us into the back room. He said he had a surprise for us. We had no idea what was happening.
“When we stepped through to join him, he congratulated us for being the 500th purchaser. It was a lovely surprise to see the balloons and to receive a basket of goodies, including the famous Villawood honey.”
The Palacios are currently living in their first purchase at Aspire, just off Aspire Boulevard, and have been there for several years. They are already on their second build nearby, for their daughter. Their third purchase is on land to be released in April next year and this will be their own new home.
“We’re going from double-storey to single-storey because we don’t want or need stairs any longer. The new house will be bigger and more comfortable for us as a family” says Lisa.
“We chose Aspire to live because it’s such a good area for families and so close to everything. There are some great new schools in the area for young families and there’s even a new childcare centre and kindy being built.
“We’re close to shops and the train station. It’s very central and Caroline Springs is just down the road, which we all love.”
