Once the Planning Permit has been issued by Council, stage specific plans, including roads and drainage, sewer and water, gas, electrical, telecommunication and landscaping plans, are lodged for approval with the relevant authorities.
April – Construction is moving along at Stage 35A. The team is currently working finalising drainage pits and pipes and sewer testing. Kerb installation and electrical installation will soon commence. There are still some lots available to purchase in Stage 35A, in the heart of the estate. Titles are forecast for late Q2 2025.
