Once the Planning Permit has been issued by Council, stage specific plans, including roads and drainage, sewer and water, gas, electrical, telecommunication and landscaping plans, are lodged for approval with the relevant authorities.
May – Construction is moving along at Stage 35A. The team has finalised electrical and telecommunications installation and currently working through the road pavement. We anticipate civil works to be completed soon, after which inspections will commence with Authorities. There are still some lots available to purchase in Stage 35A, in the heart of the estate. Titles are on track for June 2025.
