Once the Planning Permit has been issued by Council, stage specific plans, including roads and drainage, sewer and water, gas, electrical, telecommunication and landscaping plans, are lodged for approval with the relevant authorities.
February – Construction is progressing on Stage 35A. The team is working through sewer installation and drainage pits and pipes. Pre-sales have commenced for Stage 35A, offering the opportunity to snap up a lot in the heart of Armstrong. Titles are forecast for Q2 2025.
