Once the Planning Permit has been issued by Council, stage specific plans, including roads and drainage, sewer and water, gas, electrical, telecommunication and landscaping plans, are lodged for approval with the relevant authorities.
November – Planning and engineering approvals for Stage 35A have been finalised. The team is currently undergoing site preparation and will commence construction this month. Pre-sales have commenced in Stage 35A, with some lots still available in the heart of Armstrong. Titles are forecast for Q2 2025.
