Villawood Properties will set a new benchmark for residential development, delivering a 46 hectare master planned net zero community. The 800 lot project will feature diverse housing options with at least 25% affordable housing including architecturally designed homes and mandated sustainable building materials.
Community living and liveability will be a cornerstone of design and placemaking at Aldinga, with a residents club including gym, pool, café and play spaces at the heart of the development.
Extensive open spaces, parks, reserves and attractive chain-of-ponds corridors will be complemented by extensive green canopy as well as biodiversity offsets that will see over 40ha of land donated for conservation.
Villawood Properties hosted two community drop-in sessions at the Aldinga library, where members of the local community and beyond were invited to meet our team, find out more about the project, and provide their feedback.
The feedback received during these sessions and online via our website has been collated and recorded in an Engagement Report, which is now ready to view. Please click below to read the report, and reach out to us at southaustralia@villawoodproperties.com if you have any questions.
Engagement on the draft masterplan is now complete, with the masterplan being finalised, and approvals commenced.
The project’s sales launch is anticipated to take place in Summer 2025, with civil construction commencing in early 2026.
