Villawood Properties will set a new benchmark for residential development, delivering a 46 hectare master planned net zero community. The 800 lot project will feature diverse housing options with at least 25% affordable housing including architecturally designed homes and mandated sustainable building materials.
Community living and liveability will be a cornerstone of design and placemaking at Aldinga, with a residents club including gym, pool, café and play spaces at the heart of the development.
Extensive open spaces, parks, reserves and attractive chain-of-ponds corridors will be complemented by extensive green canopy as well as biodiversity offsets that will see over 40ha of land donated for conservation.
Villawood Properties recently hosted two community drop-in sessions at the Aldinga library, where members of the local community and beyond were invited to meet our team, find out more about the project, and provide their feedback.
Please note our feedback submissions have now closed, however the information that was displayed in our drop-in sessions is still available to view below.
Master planning and stakeholder engagement will commence immediately with public engagement on the draft masterplan to occur later this year. Approvals will then commence with construction to commence in early 2026.
By registering your details, you will be kept informed of all facets of this exciting new development.
