Club Alamora – Another Step Closer to Reality!

During lockdown the team at Alamora have been busy finalising plans and the Villawood vision for Club Alamora!

The plans have been successfully completed and have been submitted to council for approval and issue of a planning permit.

We’re currently in the process of establishing the teams involved in preparation for the build, including landscapers, surveyors and other design consultants including tendering out the plans to several quality builders.

Once we have our planning permit and other documentation, expected later this year, we’ll begin construction early next year!

Designed by leading architects ClarkeHopkinsClarke, Club Alamora will be a residents-only resort-style exclusively for you and your family to play, splash and kick back together or with your friends and neighbours. It’s all about striking up new friendships, relationships and new networks.
