The 2021 Good Friday Appeal Charity Home No-Reserve Auction fetched a fantastic – and record – $903K for the Royal Children’s Hospital at Villawood Properties’ Rathdowne community in Wollert. Successful bidders for the stunning two-storey, four-bedroom Henley Vogue 34 home were Drage and Zaklina Lazarovski, who were urged over the finishing line by daughter Natasha in a feverish bidding war before a crowd of almost 1,000 people. This year’s Charity Home Auction marks Villawood’s 12th year donating land, over which time the auction has raised more than $8.3 million.
