As a way of recognising the hardworking Care Workers in our community, we’re giving a $10,000* grant on land at select Villawood South Australian communities.
Nurses, teachers, emergency service staff, personal carers, childcare educators and other essential workers; it’s our gift to you!
We understand the incredible commitment and dedication it takes to work in the care industry, and we want to make homeownership more accessible for those who have given so much to their communities.

We strongly believe there’s more to creating a community than just the houses within it. It’s the people who make a vibrant community, and the way they care for each other who shape it more than anything.
It’s why we recognise people who’ve given so much to their communities by giving a little back. The Care Worker Support Program Initiative began in early 2018 in Geelong, when it became apparent that people who provide an invaluable service to the community were increasingly unable to afford to live in the communities they served. After seeing its success, it’s become a core part of what we offer in many of the communities we’re building across Australia.
