It’s why we recognise people who’ve given so much to their communities by giving a little back. The Care Worker Support Program Initiative began in early 2018 in Geelong, when it became apparent that people who provide an invaluable service to the community were increasingly unable to afford to live in the communities they served. After seeing its success, it’s become a core part of what we offer in many of the communities we’re building across Australia.
