Construction Update – 8/10/2026

Stage 5B:

Works are nearly complete with power connected and the asphalt expected to go down on the road next week. This will conclude the construction phase and allow Council to insect and issue a Statement of Compliance.

We anticipate titles late October early November 2026.

Stage 6:

Construction of the sewer is completed, drainage continues and the power and data installation is booked in.

Titles are anticipated in April 2027.
