Construction Update – 3/09/2026

Stage 5B:

Electrical works have now been completed following delays caused by contractor availability and material shortages. With these works finalised, construction has continued to progress, with footpaths also recently completed and asphalting scheduled to commence shortly.

Due to these delays, titles are now anticipated to be issued in November 2026.

Stage 6:

Construction has officially commenced, with works now underway on sewer, drainage and water reticulation.

Based on current progress, we are anticipating titles slightly earlier than initially expected, with titles currently estimated for April 2027.
