Construction Update – 27/07/2026

Stage 5B:

A significant amount of progress has been made on-site since our last update, with sewer, drainage, water reticulation, road base and kerb works now all completed.

Electrical works have experienced a slight delay due to contractor availability and material shortages. However, we’re pleased to confirm these works are scheduled to commence within the next fortnight. Once complete, they will allow the remaining construction works to progress toward completion.

Titles are currently scheduled to be issued in October 2026.

Stage 6:

Initial site works have now been completed, with full stage construction scheduled to commence in August.

Titles are currently anticipated to be issued in April 2027. That said, we’re working closely with our contractors to explore opportunities to bring this forward into early Q1 2027. While it’s too early to confirm, we’ll continue to keep you updated as more information becomes available.
