Titles have now been issued!

Stage 5B:

Initial site works have now been completed, with sewer construction currently underway. These works will provide the foundation for the remaining stage construction. Titles are currently anticipated to be issued in September 2026.

Stage 6:

Initial site works have now been completed, with full stage construction currently scheduled to commence around September. Titles remain on track to be issued in April 2027.
