Phase 2
Sewerage, Drainage and Water Reticulation
Trenches are excavated for the installation of underground services, which are usually delivered in order of sewer, drainage and water. The sewerage and drainage network is controlled by gravity, which is why they are often the deepest assets and are delivered first.

Road Base, Kerbs, Electrical & Fibre
Further underground services are installed including electricity and telecommunications (fibre internet). Road construction takes place over several phases. Excavation and preparation of the base layer commences first and is often followed by installation of various conduit crossings and kerb construction.

Footpaths, Road Pavement, Asphalting and Landscaping
Construction of the road continues, with numerous road layers completed through to the final asphalt layer. The stage starts to look like your future community, with driveways, footpaths, nature strips created and street trees planted.

Phase 5
Compliance & Plan Sealing
Each stage is closely inspected and audited by Council to ensure the new infrastructure complies with the plans and relevant standards. Once council's compliance department accepts the works, a plan sealing application is lodged to the local authority for assessment and approval.
