STAGE 3
We are pleased to confirm that Stage 3 civil construction and landscaping works have been fully completed. The civil works have been accepted by Council and the landscape inspection is scheduled. We are now preparing to lodge for Plan Sealing with Council, with title registration expected in July 2024. We will endeavour to keep you updated as we approach plan sealing and registration to assist you in preparing for settlement.
Our landscaping team are now completing landscaping works within the reserve and basin areas adjoining Stage 3, and the expected completion for these works is late June.
Soil Testing
Stage 3 lots are available for soil testing. Please have your builder contact the Sales Office to book your appointment time for soil testing or email to eucalee@oliverhume.com.au
Valuation Inspections
Valuation inspections for the Stage 3 lots are now underway, and inspections must be booked via our Land Sales Office at eucalee@oliverhume.com.au
Title Registration & Settlements
Title registration is anticipated in July 2024 with settlements due 14 days from title registration.
