After a well earned break over the Christmas / New Year period, our construction team, Winslow, are back on site at Eucalee with works underway.
The bulk earthworks for Stages 4 to 12 are nearing completion and expected to be completed this month. All lots have been shaped and are close to final levels with construction of the retaining walls now 65% completed. Unfortunately, these works were delayed over the November / December period due to wet weather.
Our next works contract will include construction of Stages 4 and 5 and the Mount Lindsay Highway signalised intersection. Council have approved operational works for Stages 4 and 5 and our team is working on the intersection approval which is expected within the next month.
Due to the delay in completion of the Stages 4-12 earthworks and approvals for our next tranche of work, the title timing for Stage 4 and 5 is now forecasted to occur as follows:
Stage 4 – Title Registration: Q4 2025
Stage 5 – Title Registration: Q4 2025
