STAGE 4
Our civil contractors, Winslow have continued to make great progress with the bulk earthworks within the current precinct being Stages 4 to 12, with this expected to be completed by mid-December. As part of this majority of the Stage 4 lots are now shaped close to final levels. Throughout October the commencement of retaining wall construction occurred with these progressing well and on track to be completed by mid-December.
The Eucalee team are finalising operational works approvals for Stage 4 and the Mount Lindesay Highway & Eucalee Boulevard intersection, with these forecasted to be received in the coming weeks with civil construction commencement for the stage to follow. At this stage we anticipate that title timing for Stage 4 will be Q3 2025. Please be assured we will endeavour to keep you updated as the approvals come through and we are able to confirm the program for the operational works.
STAGE 5
Similar to Stage 4 the bulk earthworks component of Stage 5 has made significant progress throughout October with majority of lots now shaped to final levels and Stage 5 retaining wall construction having commenced in October.
