CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

April 2025

We are pleased to advise that the bulk earthworks for Stages 4 to 12 are complete with the retaining walls now at 95%. All works are expected to be completed prior to the Easter break in readiness for the commencement of civil works.

The next tranche of works include the civil construction of Stages 4 and 5, the Mount Lindesay Highway Intersection and the Sewer Pump Station. In addition to these works there are some external Telstra fibre works to be undertaken by Telstra prior to the commencement of the Mount Lindesay Highway intersection.

With approvals now in place for Stages 4 and 5 and pre-start meetings held, Winslow are due to commence these civil works at the beginning of May. Approval for the Mount Lindesay Highway signalised intersection and the Sewer Pump Station work are expected this month, with construction to commence once the external Telstra works are completed.

The title timing for Stage 4 and 5 is now forecasted to occur as follows:

Stage 4 – Title Registration: Q4 2025

Stage 5 – Title Registration: Q4 2025

The design for Stage 6 has been completed and lodged for approval and we anticipate title timing for Stage 6 as follows:

Stage 6 – Title Registration: Q2 2026
