Our civil construction team, Winslow, have been making good progress with Stages 4 and 5 progressing well and forecasted to be completed in February/March 2026. Water servicing and kerbs are now completed with footpath installation and electrical works underway.
The contracts for relocation of the external services on Mount Lindesay Highway (Telstra, Optus and NBN services) have been awarded and works are now underway. These works extend from Tullamore Way to Alan Creek Road and works are anticipated to be completed early in 2026.
The next tranche of works to commence include construction of the Mount Lindesay Highway & Eucalee Boulevard signalised intersection and construction of the Sewer Pump Station. Tree clearing to allow for construction of these works are in progress.
Based on current programming, the forecast for title registrations are:
Stage 4 – Title Registration: June 2026
Stage 5 – Title Registration: June 2026
All approvals are also in place for Stages 6 and 7 operational works to proceed and we anticipate that construction will commence early in 2026. Title registrations are forecast as follows:
Stage 6 – Title Registration: June 2026
Stage 7 – Title Registration: Q3 2026
