Are lots exclusively allocated to selected builders?
Yes. These lots are held exclusively for participating builders. Non-participating builders and the general public are unable to purchase these lots.
Is a deposit payable?
Yes. A $1,000 deposit is payable via credit card.
What is the process to secure a lot?
The purchaser will need to sign a land contract (e-contract) and pay the balance of the deposit. Oliver Hume will be in touch to coordinate this with the purchaser directly.
Is there a chance the same lot can be sold by two different builders?
No. As soon as the $1,000 deposit is paid, this lot comes off the market until contract signing or cancellation.
How long is the lot held?
72 hours. And a land contract will need to be signed.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is fully refundable up until contract signing. If the purchaser does not proceed within 72 hours, a cancellation notice will be sent. The balance of deposit is payable on contract signing (ie. 5% deposit)
