Stage 2
Titled have now been issued for Stage 2!
Stage 3
Statement of Compliance (SOC) is due to be issued this week meaning that registration of the subdivision can be applied for and Title should be received then by the end of January.
Please note that soil test access is still not yet permitted. Soil testing cannot be completed until SOC has been achieved.
Stage 4
Construction is progressing, with sewer works recently completed with earthworks nearing completion. Drainage works have recently commenced. Titles are anticipated in April 2025.
