To allow owners access to the private club, an Owners Corporation has been set up by the creation of common property. Currently the common property is a small parcel of land within the plan of subdivision, however in the future the common property will be expanded to include the land and buildings of Club Delaray.
Club Delaray will be run by ‘Club Delaray Limited’. This will be overseen by a Board of Directors from Villawood and managed and administered by Quantum United Management. As Delaray is a large master planned community that will be developed in numerous stages over several years, Villawood will maintain responsibility for ensuring Club Delaray is set up and running to the benefit of every member of the community during this development phase.
Towards completion of the development, Villawood will transition the decision making and then ownership of Club Delaray to the Owners Corporation.
As the common property has been set up within the plan of subdivision, all lot owners become members of the Owners Corporation on settlement of their land. Due to the Owners Corporation being in place you, as an owner and member of the Owners Corporation, have a legal obligation to fund the Owners Corporation through contribution of fees. These fees will fund the running of Club Delaray, your private members club. The fees will also contribute towards the management of the Owners Corporation including to administer the Design Guidelines and Owners Corporation Rules.
A financial member of the Owners Corporation will provide you the opportunity to take up membership with Club Delaray Limited. Once you have taken up your membership with Club Delaray and completed the induction session you will have access to all the state of the art facilities.
As a member of the Owners Corporation and Club Delaray Limited, you will have access to a state of the art Residents’ Club with a 25m lap pool, a resort style pool, tennis court, gym, function space, café and a family lounge.
