Aspire Community Grant Program

Villawood Properties is committed to supporting the local sporting clubs, community groups and vital infrastructure that will in turn support the growing needs of the residents within its new communities. At our Aspire community in Fraser Rise, a series of $500 to $1,000 grants are now available. A total of $5,000 worth of grants will be offered to eligible groups to assist with their activities within the community.

Applications from a range of groups including cultural, recreation, community, not-for-profit and sporting clubs are welcomed.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a Villawood Properties Aspire Community Grant, groups must be local organisations who have been operating in the local community for more than 12 months. Only applications which provide the required information in the application form will be accepted for consideration.

26th September 2024: Applications Open

15th November 2024: Applications Close

22nd November 2024: 2022 Community Groups Confirmed
