Stage 1 is making fantastic progress with curb and channel now installed as well as electrical and communication services. Our construction team is now preparing for asphalt to be applied in the coming weeks. Our current program provides for works to be completed in August with title registration anticipated September/October 2018.
Stage 2 construction works are tracking well with curb and channel now installed as well as electrical and communication services. Our construction team is now preparing for asphalt works to occur in the coming weeks. Our program is currently targeting works to be complete in August 2018 with title registration anticipated September/October 2018.
Our construction team is powering ahead on Stage 3 with asphalt works completed. Electrical and communication services have also been installed with concreting of footpaths and driveways nearing completion. The current program schedule provides for works to be finished in August 2018 with title registration September/October 2018.
Stage 4 is now advancing well with both sewer and drainage works now complete. Our construction team is now preparing for road sub-base works to commence. Our current program forecasts for work to be finished late 2018 / early 2019 with title registration anticipated early 2019.
