The transition from traditional face-to-face dealings to digital deposits will avoid camp-outs days earlier by anxious buyers keen to secure lots.
It also assists with COVID-19 practices by preventing numbers from congregating at the sales office.
In order to secure your block of land you will need to:
- Have your mobile phone ready
- Finalise your payment within 15 minutes
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Have your Visa or MasterCard ready
- Have $5,000 available on your card
- Sign documentation
