Have you completed your Club Alamora induction?

If you’re a resident at Alamora or your lot has settled, you’re eligible to receive an access card for the newly-opened Club Alamora, giving you access to swimming pools, fully-equipped gym, co-working space and more. Follow the steps below to complete your induction.

STEP 1: LET’S GET STARTED

Lot owners can now easily start the induction via the Alamora Community App all from the comfort of your home, at a time that suits you:

  1. Download the App (if you have not already done so yet)
  2. Request for an app login (for members who do not yet have access)
  3. Open the app and go to the Home page
  4. Tap on ‘Inductions’
  5. Select “Commence Your Induction” and watch the Club Alamora Induction video
  6. Complete the short questionnaire
  7. Households with more than one adult (16 years and older) are required to follow this induction process and fill out a separate induction form per adult.

TIP: If you don’t see the ‘Inductions’ link on the app, try closing and reopening the app to refresh it.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

If you are a household resident but your name is not on the property title, you will need to supply proof that you reside at a property within Alamora by providing one of the following that displays your Alamora property address and your name:

  • Utility Bill – electricity, gas, telephone (current address – less than 3 months old)
  • Phone/Internet/Mobile Bill

If you are a lot owner leasing your property, please forward this information to your letting agent, including written instructions to allow your tenant membership rights to the club. By providing your tenant membership rights, you, as the lot owner, will not be able to access Club Alamora.


STEP 2: COMPLETE YOUR INDUCTION

Once you have submitted your answers to the induction questions via the app:

  1. The Club Alamora team will review and approve your induction submission
  2. You’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions to book an appointment with the club team.
  3. Follow the instructions to book your in-person appointment to finalise your induction (ID Check) – you can do this by clicking on the “Appointment with Team Member” in the Inductions page
  4. During this appointment, the club team will answer any further questions you may have and arrange for your access card(s) to be collected.

PLEASE NOTE: Members must have submitted induction form via the app before being able to book their final in-person appointment.


CLUB ALAMORA ACCESS CARDS

Each Lot is entitled to one (1) complimentary access card, which will be issued during the scheduled in-person induction.

An additional access card may be purchased for $25.00 (inclusive of GST) by completing the Access Card Order Form available on the Alamora App.

PLEASE NOTE: A maximum of two (2) access cards may be issued and activated per Lot.

Forgot Your Login Details?

All owners would have already been issued with their login details but if you’ve forgotten yours, don’t worry!

Simply Tap ‘Request Login’ on the home page to receive a reset email.
