Once the Planning Permit has been issued by Council, stage specific plans, including roads and drainage, sewer and water, gas, electrical, telecommunication and landscaping plans, are lodged for approval with the relevant authorities.
Villawood and the Williams Walk Team are delighted to announce that construction works for Stages 1 & 2 are almost complete. Due to recent heavy rain, construction completion was delayed and site access for valuations has been pushed out.
We are forecasting that valuers will be able to access Stages 1 and 2 for valuations from Monday 20th June 2022 between 11am to 3pm on weekdays.
