Boutique Project Near Sold

The Arbour community at Burleigh Heads is well on its way to completion with more than 95 per cent of the lots within the development sold.
Villawood Properties is developing the 20.75ha site, which represents one of the last developable parcels of land in the suburb with 101 homesites.
Four lots remain ranging from 531sq m to 774sq m, priced from $749,900, along with a rare 1002sq m lot in a private enclave and two soon-to-be released acreage lots that are more than 10,000sq m in size.
Villawood recently released three registered, flat, and ready-to-build homesites each over 1000sq m which were part of a release surrounded by a protected conservation area, two of which are now sold. Villawood Properties Queensland general manager Michael Williams said Villawood’s vision for The Arbour was becoming a reality with the Burleigh Heads community starting to take shape.
“The final stage of The Arbour was registered last month on schedule and settlements were commencing prior to Christmas enabling buyers to start building their dream homes in the new year,” Mr Williams said.
“It is wonderful to see The Arbour evolving into the boutique and high-end community we envisioned with a host of unique custom-built designs and architecturally designed homes planned and under construction.”
Mr Williams said more than 90 per cent of buyers at The Arbour have come from a five to 10km radius of the site with most buyers being second or third home buyers choosing to upgrade.
“The Arbour bucks the trend of interstate migration statistics with our sales figures showing most buyers at The Arbour are locals who have sold their home in the surrounding suburbs and have chosen to secure land and build an upgraded home at The Arbour for a similar price point,” Mr Williams said.
