Seacliff Village Entry Statement

We are excited to have teamed up with local artist Nicole Black to deliver an incredible mural as part of the entry statement for Seacliff Village.

The intention behind this mural is to create a sense of place as well as a visual identity for Seacliff Village. Inspiration has been taken from the exploration of movements seen in waves and ripples in sand. The overall design direction is a nod to the movement of the seascape, seafoam, kelp and seaweed movement as well as the endless motion of the tides and waves.

Works are progressing well, and the mural is due for completion by December 2025.

Stage 1 Landscaping

The landscape team have been busy onsite progressing our stage 1 reserve and streetscapes!

Grass has been installed to the verges, street trees have been planted, and stone cladding is currently being installed to the raised garden beds. We’re excited to watch the Seacliff vision come to life!

Completion is expected in December 2025, including delivery of the stage 1 main reserve as well as completion of streetscapes.
